As Manager of Content Strategy, I led the quarterly and annual social media strategies for Urban Air Adventure Park across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook. My role encompassed content ideation, calendar planning, content production, monthly reporting, community management, and ongoing strategy optimization to drive engagement and brand growth.

MAKING THE KID'S THE MAIN CHRACTER
Urban Air’s Marketing team set out to highlight the true value of its 12-month membership by reinforcing its necessity for families. To achieve this, I created the UA Kid series, putting kids at the center of the experience and letting them take us through their adventures at the park. This approach made the membership feel more engaging and worthwhile by showcasing its excitement and benefits through the eyes of the ultimate decision influencers: the kids.

This project gave me valuable experience in professional on-location shoots, where I developed concepts, directed talent, and oversaw execution. I also handled post-production to ensure the content was compelling and aligned with Urban Air’s brand vision.

THE GREATEST SOCIAL CURRENCY - UGC
While managing the Urban Air account through community management, I noticed many parents tagging us in their content at the park. I created a process to request approval and repurpose this content on our social media. This pivot allowed us to leverage social currency, turning authentic, relatable content into some of our highest-performing posts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
The results were a significant in generating over 280,000 engagements across all platforms, highlighting the power of community-driven content.
