Social Media Graduate Projects
Through UF CJC Online, I have conducted various projects that dive into Social Media Marketing related subjects. These include branding, platform best practices, ethics, influencer marketing, and content creation and strategy. Each project focuses on different industries so that students can develop a diverse background in social media communication efforts.
01 Clover Brand Style Guide
This project allowed me to focus on a current brand's social media presence and ways they can elevate content across social platforms. I chose Clover By CLOVE + HALLOW as they are a newer beauty brand just starting out on Social Media. I developed Hub Themes that the brand could use repeatedly to promote their products as well as entertain and educate their audiences. Creating content that is both strategic and can be replicated throughout a content calendar are the biggest lessons I took from this project. All graphics were created and designed by me using Canva.

02 60 Seconds at Loic Bakery
During my multimedia course, we were tasked with creating a 60 Second I Phone shot video that told a story and included various tight, wide, and panned shots. The idea of this project was to captivate the audience's attention, deliver concise yet entertaining information, and make it visually appealing all within 1 minute.
03 Free Guy Social Media Movie Campaign Essay

During the Summer 2021 premiere of the movie Free Guy, students got the chance to demonstrate their overall knowledge of social media marketing campaign initiatives. Within this essay, I outline the best practices the movie's social media team should take to promote and tease the release of the film across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Youtube. Demo content was created to illustrate each initiative.
04 Social Media Code of Ethics - Rare Beauty
Ethics within Social Media is SO IMPORTANT! Developing a Code of Ethics for a brand of our choice was the best way to instill how brands should conduct themselves on Social Media that aligns with their own initiatives. This includes identifying core values, knowing your audience, posting with caution, identifying the perfect tone and engagement, staying away from biases, being picky with influencer collaborations, not compromising data, being transparent, and making sure to give credit where it's due.
